Our cottage is nestled amongst
the pines of the sought after Southcott Pines, Grand Bend. Situated just a
short three minute walk to a private sandy beach, or accessible by
automobile at the fabulous Sun Beach by permit parking, included with your
rental.
The home is a one floor
structure with a full basement, open concept with kitchen, dinette opening onto
the living room. Main four piece bathroom.
THREE BEDROOMS:
Master bedroom - King bed, linens
included, ensuite four pce bathroom, and television.
Second bedroom - Queen bed, no linens
supplied.
Third bedroom - Double bed, no linens
supplied.
The kitchen is very well equipped for
cooking, baking, etc., as well as a barbeque on the fully furnished outside
deck. The living room is equipped with television, vcr, dvd player and
stereo including CD player.
FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT THE FOLLOWING IS
INCLUDED:
Two bikes, floating toys and balls etc.,
for the beach. Combination volley ball, badminton in the backyard, as well
as a horse shoe pit. On rainy days there is a ping pong table in the
basement, and shopping in the nearby village.
HOUSEKEEPING:
We provide washer and dryer, toilet paper,
cleaning supplies and dishwasher supplies. Upon your arrival you will find
the home very clean and orderly. Prior to your departure you must clean
the home and leave it in the exact same order in which you received it.
Should you not complete this cleaning a surcharge will be deducted from your
security deposit at a rate of $50.00 per hour.
SPECIAL NOTE:
We wish for you and your family to enjoy
your vacation at AAA-Zip Inn, however please remember this is a quiet residential
area. Please respect the residents of Southcott Pines to peace and quiet.

BASIC RULES:
* Please treat our home in the same
fashion in which you would treat your own home.
* Garbage and recyclables day is always on
Fridays by 7:00 am. Garbage Fee Stickers supplied. Please do not
place garbage street side the night before. Any garbage or recyclables
from Friday to check out day Sunday must be removed from the property by the
tenant.
* We only rent to families and mature
couples, maximum eight people.
* No smoking in the house.
* Absolutely no fires inside or outside.
* No Pets.
