BEACH HAVEN

The Beach Haven cottage is a spacious and sprawling ranch located in the heart of Southcott Pines.  It is beautifully furnished and all amenities are supplied.  Beach Haven is nestled in a quiet and secluded park like setting where you can relax and enjoy nature's splendor.  Private Sun Beach is just steps away.

We hope you will pleased with the following

* Maximum occupancy 8 persons
* 4 bedrooms; 1 king, 1 queen, 2 sets of twins,
   plus two additional cots
* 2 bathrooms
* fully equipped kitchen including microwave,
  coffeemaker and dishwasher
* family room with cable TV & DVD
* games room with TV and pool table
* screened back porch with furniture
* front patio with furniture and chimney/firepit   
   area
* BBQ with propane
* laundry facilities on premises
* parking for 4 vehicles
* central air conditioning

We rent to families and responsible couples. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets and smoking is only allowed outside the beachhouse.  Linens and towels are not supplied.  The beachhouse is to be returned in the same clean condition as it was found.  Cleaning materials are supplied.

 

BEACH HAVEN Rental Rates and Availability:

Summer Schedule June 15 to September 15

Sunday to Sunday rental

$1700.00 per week

Check in at 3:00 pm

Checkout at 10:00 am

We require a 50% rental deposit payable at the time if booking.  A refundable $500.00 damage/security deposit is payable upon arrival.  Spring, Fall, Winter and Weekend/Holiday rates are available upon request.
