amenities available at BEACHSIDE: * Maximum occupancy 8 persons * 4 bedrooms with queen beds * 1 pullout sofas with Sealy mattresses * 3 full bathrooms * fully equipped kitchen including microwave, coffeemaker and dishwasher * 3 living rooms with 2 cable TV's and DVD players * 2 fireplaces * pool table * large private backyard with deck patio furniture, fire pit and BBQ including propane * front upstairs patio with furniture * parking for 3 vehicles maximum * laundry facilities on premises * central air conditioning

| We rent to families and responsible couples. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets and smoking is only allowed outside the beachhouse. Linens and towels are not supplied. The beachhouse is to be returned in the same clean condition as it was found. Cleaning materials are supplied. |

We require a 50% rental deposit payable at the time if booking. A refundable $500.00 damage/security deposit is payable upon arrival. Spring, Fall, Winter and Weekend/Holiday rates are available upon request. |
