getaway.  If you enjoyed Beachside and Beach Haven, we are pleased to introduce Beach Trail.

Beach Trail is an open concept chalet style home located in one of the most desirable original neighbourhoods of Southcott Pines.  Tranquil and serene, the Beach Trail cottage is tucked away amongst towering pines.  Enjoy your days relaxing on one of the three decks.  Private Sun Beach is an easy stroll as is the Grand Bend Marina.

We hope you will pleased with the following

* Maximum occupancy 10 persons
* 3 bedrooms; 1 king, 2 sets of twins,
* 2 pullout sofas
* fully equipped kitchen including microwave,
   coffeemaker and dishwasher
* family room with electric fireplace, cable TV&DVD
* 3 outdoor decks with patio furniture
* BBQ with propane
* large treed backyard with fire pit area
* parking for 4 vehicles
 

We rent to families and responsible couples. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets and smoking is only allowed outside the beachhouse.  Linens and towels are not supplied, however, may be rented for an additional fee of $100.00 per week.  The beachhouse is to be returned in the same clean condition as it was found.  Cleaning materials are supplied.

Sunday to Sunday rental

$1400.00 per week

Check in at 3:00 pm

Checkout at 11:00 am

We require a 50% rental deposit payable at the time if booking.  A refundable $500.00 damage/security deposit is payable upon arrival.  Spring, Fall, Winter and Weekend/Holiday rates are available upon request.
