Cottage 1. 2 Queen bed and a pull out double sofa bed. Sleeps 4-6.

Cottage 2. 1 Double bed and a pull our double sofa bed. Sleeps 2-4.

Cottage 3. 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds and a pull out double sofa bed. Sleeps 4-6.
