Our Chef Nathan Ross and his staff have lined up some sure crowd pleasers!
Pristine ingredients, simple techniques and a love of
cooking are what Nathan Ross and Sous Chef Paul Cummings are offering at the
Lakeview Cafe this summer. Their focus will be Mediterranean Bistro
style with lots of fresh fish, vegetable and salads - using organic and local
products where possible. Both Chefs are inspired by dishes from their
travels and have created their own marinades and dry rub spices homemade on the
premises.
The aroma from a BBQ always makes the
appetite quicken and now Lakeview Cafe has added an outdoor patio feature area
called Mojos, where you can watch the sunset or our Masters of the Grill - Scott
Murray and Jessie Colosimo. During daylight hours enjoy sunshine and lake
breezes whilst jerk chicken, beef, pork, shrimp or vegetable skewers are roasted
for your pleasure on the open fire. Along with your dish you may enjoy a
choice of salad, potato salad, fries, macaroni and cheese or coleslaw.
Relax and unwind in our second story
dining room called Sunset Bistro which overlooks the beach and beautiful Lake
Huron which has some of the most outstanding sunsets our planet has to offer.
You'll enjoy the same menu as offered in the Lakeview Cafe or alternatively
Mojos BBQ food.
